I'm currently reading Yann Martel's Life of Pi. Most of it is first person from Pi's viewpoint, but there is a framing narrative by "the author", also in first person.

I read a lot of YA, but these are either first person or alternating POV - The Hunger Games, Divergent, Insurgent, and the Matched Trilogy.

I also liked On the Island by Tracey Garvis-Graves. Just finished it a week ago. It's a very easy, fast read.

Legend by Marie Lu also has the same structure: alternating between two first-person POVs.
