I signed up a long time ago, a fact which I recently rediscovered, have only just started posting with any regularity, and I don't recall making one of these posts so here goes...
I've had a longtime love affair with books. I have worked as an acquisitions editor, editor, book designer, journalist, screenwriter, comic book script writer, freelance game designer, and a librarian. That last is my current and hopefully final profession, barring gigolo or best-selling author.
I'm a fan of science fiction, humor, horror, and fantasy, with a love of comic books, role-playing games, and pulp fiction (the old time magazines and the movie, but more the mags).
Oh, and I write.
