I've worked as an Advertising Copywriter for 17 yrs, I'm writing my first novel, I'd love to make a living as a novelist. I saw that there are many serious and published novelists here, that's very inspiring for me!

Welcome, Uma! You came to right forums for help and input. Well, I may not be into romance, but I just have to say good luck on your novel. I'm not yet published, but I know from what I've seen that the first novel is usually the hardest to make a breakthrough with.
