New girl!

Hi Everyone!
I'm Rachel. I'm a textiles artist from the southwest of England.
I'm on my "millionth" edit of my first manuscript (started "officially" in 2006). I have 4 other unedited "mindsplurges" from various Nanowrimo attempts.
I recently started writing short stories too and love them, although I keep wanting to make full length novels out of them.
I mainly write urban fantasy/magic reality and can't seem to get into a story unless there's a hint of romance in there too.
I'm looking forward to joining in here and meeting fellow writers

Stone Henge is fairly close- unfortunately I've only ever driven past, not actually stopped and visited. Avebury Circle in Wiltshire is another interesting henge (one I have briefly visited).
