Who: Anyone with a complete NA contemporary or NA paranormal romance manuscript and a polished, query-sized pitch (<250 words) may enter.

What: This is a speed-based contest. Only the first 25 entries will be considered by Amy Lichtenhan, co-owner of Sapphire Star Publishing. Up to three winner(s) will receive a full manuscript request. Possible runners-up will receive partial manuscript requests.

Where: NA Alley. On the 9th, participants may enter via comment.

When: February 09, 2013 at 10:30 a.m. EST.
