Hi there. I'm new here obviously heh and I thought I'd go ahead and introduce myself.
The name's Tate. I'm a 21 year old college senior majoring in English Ed with a minor in writing. Short story for ya, I actually wanted to major in creative writing because I absolutely love to write but I had to take a look at the logistics of it all and figured it might not be the smartest path to take trying to find a job once I'm done with school. So instead went ahead and minored in creative writing. Still get the full effect of the major but anyways!
I've loved to write ever since I was in elementary school. I'm mostly a sci-fi/fantasy YA genre writer mostly because I'm a "young adult" at heart. I've started a lot of stories but the majority of them have fizzled off and died but now I'm starting one that I'm hoping makes it to completion and possibly publication and to help me out some people pointed me towards this site. After a tid bit of lurking I decided to join.
So there's my big intro, I'm happy to be here with other current and aspiring authors!
