I thought this had already been a subject but I couldn't find it.

What do you do best? Dialogue? Introduction?

I end scenes awesomely. I have that quip or great piece of dialogue right at the end of a scene/chapter that makes your smirk.

I make really good Kraft Dinner.

Imagery and description. Especially in my poetry. In fiction my strength is toying with the reader and surprise endings.

Dialogue, according to me.

According to certain readers of my blog serial, I'm good at torturing my characters. Which is good, because I really enjoy doing that. ;-)

I'm good at sneaking in something to think about in a way that is enjoyable and a huge part of the appeal rather than preachy. I'm doing satire, btw.

Yeah, SP, I'd think being awesome at tactile details would go a long way in erotica ;)

Putting my characters in difficult situations.

Getting them out? Not so much...

Angsting my characters. My book is pretty depressing at times.

That's what I was going to say, but I've only just gotten around to it...;)

Other than that, I think I'm very good at the big ideas, the setting, backstory, worldbuilding - all the preparatory stuff.
But I can't seem to put it all together into a coherent story/plot.

Distraction.

But, if I can hang onto a thought long enough, I sometimes can eke out a poem before I'm off and running again...

Apparently I'm good at understating stuff. Scarletpeaches, Adzmodeus, and Libbie all seem to like some of the subtle descriptions and such in my writing.

And I'm told I'm good at writing a convincing love story without making it predictable and sappy.

Lori pwns at subtle descriptions.

Peeps tend to like my humorous bits, so I'll say "humour". :D

I rather like my dialogue too, but I need to work on making it less "talking head"y. ;)
