I'm a PublishAmerica author wanting out of my contract, what should I do?

And by announcing your actions, you're giving PA legal license to sue and harass you for breach. DON'T PLAY INTO THEIR HANDS.

Channel the anger into the right areas: your writing, getting published, getting your novel back legally, and posting here on AW.

There are several threads on here that started off well and then the person never posted again. I hope they didn't lose their writing zest. While its disheartening that so many people still get stung by PA, reading the follow-ups is helpful.

Five years ago when I found AW, I thought that PA would soon get busted and Wilhelm (insert scream here) would be bunking with Dorothy Deering. Alas, they are still in business. But look how many people are helped by these years-old threads.

Come back and update Overfiend...and everyone else (thats not banned)!
