I dreamed last night that I was LIVING someone else's NANOWRIMO story. It was about a woman (me, in the dream) who put on a historical dress, and it took her back in time. (I do write time travel.) It was a very vivid, detailed dream, in which I thought, "I remember reading this in someone's NANO novel!"
Now that I'm awake, of course, I can't remember all the details, and I honestly don't think it WAS a NANO novel. I'd love to write it...but I sure don't want to rip off someone else's story! What to do, what to do...

Seriously, just change a few things to make sure it wasn't a rip-off of someone else's story (and maybe run a search for it just to make sure.)
