Obsessive Rep Point Checkers Club (Volume IV)

So one of the medicines Housemate was prescribed costs about $800 a month. Just for the one. Needless to say, she can't afford it since she has no insurance.

So she talks to the doc who prescribed it today and tells him that. He says she can switch to something OTC that will work "just as well": extra-strength Tums.

I'm completely gobsmacked.

If I took writing advice from my ex, I'd be using words like actualutely and horracious. No joke.
