4230. The GF is 2nd dan black belt in karate, black belt in kickboxing, and orange belt in jujitsu. I told her I thought about tai chi, and she wants to know where the yelling and hitting is in tai chi.

4231. I used to think that song was "Sulfur Jet City." Wonky ears.

4232 Yeah been doing the Taoist variety for a few months. I find it very difficult but I'm gonna hang in. They say it gets better. Very quiet. Lots of smiling. :)

4235 Forgot what number we were at... That's funny, Not so much action even though it's "Full Contact". But the workout is great.

4238 No coloured belts. This is a noncombat thing. No contact. Designed for exercise... Health.

4239. That's what I thought, but I didn't know if you had the equivalent of katas, or sets of motions of increasing difficulty.

4240. It looks very meditative, which is my initial attraction to it.

4243. Cool. I'll take a look when I get home. For someone who wants to do it, I sure don't know much about it.

4245 Very relaxing. But a good workout for an old body. There are different kinds of Tai Chi.

I spend half my time editing posts to correct the number. :D
