New to sports writing

Hello,

I am relatively new to the sports writing world in that I have not yet published a book in this field. I have published two books for the financial world, but sports is my true passion. For the last several months, I have been writing for several sports web sites and have begun a bio on one of the top thoroughbred racehorses in the country.

I was just wondering if there was any interest in this forum regarding thoroughbred racing? If so, would anyone like to start a loose knit group regarding the genre?
