It looks like he is writing in the WashingtonPost. Did he forge the WashingtonPost label in order to give his own
verbiage a tincture of lawlessness?

It's worth noting that for all this hupla about the rule of law, no laws seem to have been broken, and in fact all that seems to be happening is that the Administration is trying not to be bamboozled again in the way that AIG bamboozled them. For example, in the Chrystler case, the aim is to keep the company going, hence the chapter 11 bankruptcy and the thwarting of the desire of the hedge funds to wreck the company to get a small percentage of its value.
