Sometimes I dream about having a little cave somewhere in Italy where I can make a little home and look down over an old, forgotten town close to the sea. Just be out of sight and hide from the world with a beautiful view of it.

Look, it was fine before children were involved. But after I had kids...you know, there were just things I didn't want to have to explain.
I'd be a hermit neighbor. You wouldn't see me or hear from me much. Unless I grew too much in the garden again. Or made too much ice cream. In the past, I was known for bringing ice cream to the neighbors because I only made it for fun and didn't want to have that much sitting in my freezer.

Honestly, I love making ice cream. I wish I had a decent commercial ice cream maker so I could start a little side business. I'd do it like Mary Kay or Tupperware. Have an ice cream party, order some, I make it and deliver it. Easy.
