It's going okay. Shoving out a scene that I dislike the contents of at the moment.

You?

Oooh, that sounds like a nice thing to get to.

I'm probably going to bed in a few minutes. This scene is almost over and I'm exhausted.

ETA: Make that about 15 minutes. I'm going to finish the episode of Doctor Who I'm on.

Yep, the other night while trying to fall asleep it all hit me! I was having problems with my one characters motivations, and how she would react after this horrible thing happened to her, and freaking out it all didnt make sense when i realized ITS NOT SUPPOSE TO MAKE SENSE!

I kept listening to others tell me "that's not a normal reaction" or "the motivation always need to make sense because....."

But then i realized HELLO my Characters arent ANYWHERE CLOSE TO NORMAL! So why would i expect any of them to react normally? Why did i expect them to have rational motivations? They wouldnt! So everything i had originally planned DID make sense for my characters!

New lesson i learned: Trust yourself.

As long as it makes sense for that particular character, I'm of the opinion it works. Besides, not everyone reacts to things the same.

Hey, can someone do me a favor? Go to this post click "Tweet This" at the bottom of the post and tell me if anything comes up. It was working for me last week and now for some reason it's not doing anything.
