Hi all,
My city is hosting a writers festival next week and I am venturing into unknown territory by signing up to a writers masterclass with Michael Collins.
Any advice on the 'what not to do' side of these classes. Any experiences out there - good or bad.

Michael Collins is a Man Booker prize-shortlisted author. Over two sessions, he explores the creative process from scene development, voice and point-of-view, through to drafting and submission of work. Participants are required to submit up to 20 pages of work in advance and engage in critique with Michael before the masterclass.
