Yet another new guy.

Hello all,
I've been utilizing this site for a few weeks and it feels time to give back, or at least participate more fully. If anyone can think of any way I can help them, let me know.
I'm currently sending query letters to a gazillion agents on behalf of a ms I finished in December. It's a spiritually oriented thriller -- Eastern spirituality -- and it's funnier than most. I like it a lot.
I've had 2 mysteries published by a small press and I wrote a young adult novel for a book packager once. All of this back in the late 80s and mid-90s.
I'm also a psychotherapist at an HMO.
I probably should've read what other newcomers tend to write in these introductory posts. I'm just winging it.
Anyway, maybe that's all for now. I'll probably be participating in various threads and I hope to hear from y'all as the occasion arises.

Thanks all. I've been busy working and sending out even more queries. It was a gazillion before; now it's up to some other made-up word that a forum of writers wouldprobably loathe. At least I used the word "loathe". That's gotta count for something. (I think the "gotta" puts me back in the doghouse). Were any of you self-conscious about your posts at first?
