I found this forum and have been lurking for a few months, but the advice posted here has seemed pretty sound, and goodness knows I could use a few sets of eyes on my own work.

I have been a semi-professional writer for a number of years, but I've only been writing and attempting to publish my fiction for about a year now. I'm hoping that these forums will help. I also see a number of talented writers posting their work online, and I hope to learn a few tricks of the trade here.

Welcome to AW. Hope you enjoy your stay with us.
How do you like your popcorn?

If you go to the bottom of the page to the ‘forum jump’ you can scroll down and find all the areas of this place. Most of the SYW areas require the password of ….vista. A word to the wise, (50 posts), it would be a good idea to participate first in helping others before you think about posting your own work. After you have been around here for awhile, then post something of your own for help. Good luck.

Will do, nice to meet you everyone - like I said, I've been lurking for a while, in a totally creepy, stalker-esque way. I figured it was time to start posting and eventually to get some honest feedback on my work sometime.

Re: How do I like my popcorn? How about movie theater style - more expensive per ounce than a diamond? :)
