New to forum...hi

Hey Everybody!

I'm a writer and starving for some like-minded people. My husband and I moved from Prescott, AZ. to rural North Dakota almost five years ago, and there's nobody here I can communicate with regarding my novel. Seriously. This town has less then 2,000 people, and the nearest bookstore is two hours away. Thank God for Amazon . Now, don't get me wrong, this is a nice farming community with a Mayberry feel to it, and very safe. However, there's no literary stimulation here, or anybody that can give me their opinion on my craft. Therefore, I decided to join Absolute Write because I've heard great things about this forum, and I'd love to help out other writers too.
Anyway, nice to be here, and anybody who is reading this. . . Have a good one.

Thanks everybody for being so nice and welcoming me. Hey, Kohah, rural communities are nice and does have its advantages: one traffic light, slower pace, I don't have to lock my doors, and so on. . . .Cow-tipping? You're funny. . . .
Hey, MarkA9, that would be cool to compare notes with you about making the moving transition.
