In other news, I finally saw Annabelle and it's even more awful than I feared. "Awful" here having the meaning of "boring," because if it's cheesy-awful I'm mostly okay with it.

You know, if they served them at French film festivals, they'd be Cannes canned prairie dogs.





I'm not going to apologize for that. At all.

After a hearty breakfast of lutefisk gravy on toast, I'm ready for anything.

Well, I was hungry.

Yeah, it's a stout breakfast that is an acquired taste. Frankly the smell alone puts me off.

On a food-related note, herring in wine sauce is putrid and grotesque (though I'll eat raw calve's liver cold, Pacific oysters from the jar raw, and cooked cabbage).

So, do the prairie dogs have to do the can can before they get canned in order for it to properly work at Cannes, or can they do the can can while in the can and shake their cans at Cannes?

Well, prairie dogs, canned or otherwise, will roast up JUST FINE on the grill. Where's Greg? GREEEEEEG! There's a pun-acolypse happening, and I need to invent a drinking game for it!

As for me, I joined Amazon Prime for the first time last year. Next month I have to decide if I want to re-up or not. But tonight I'm watching the original Night of the Living Dead for, what, the 6th or 7th time? This one's for free, or at least covered by my membership.

I won't finish it tonight. Have to get up and go to work tomorrow, but I'll have some sweet dreams. Then I'll finish it tomorrow and have good dreams then. I mean, I know how it plays out, but it was such a classic.

I don't know what a lutefisk is and that's alright by me.

Lutefisk, according to Wikipedia. I'm more adventurous than some when it comes to eating habits, but I think I can leave that one.
