Don't know, but if you get something accepted there, you're golden. I submitted a piece some years ago, via snail-mail (e-mail being in its infancy) and got a prompt personal rejection from the editor with a nice comment indicating clearly that he had indeed read the story. Later I learned that this response was, at the time, common practice, which doesn't make it less admirable, but does make it less enheartening.

Yes. But, as I said, it was some years ago, when snail mail and SASEs were the norm. The times they have a-changed, I'm sure.
