Heaters and Break machine should have info stickers on them.

Amperage = Watts/Volts

house voltage is never 120, for calculations use 110(but 100 is safer)

20amp breakers will typically hold 23-25 amps before they trip

Oh hello there friends. :)

Remember that terrible cold I had for the last week or so? Yeah, it turned into a 4 day migraine. My body just loves me sometimes. :sarcasm But it is getting better.

So Mr. Kricket got me Lady and the Tramp as an early V-day present and Little Kricket is glued to it right now. Of course I can't get him to stop calling all the dogs Happy, but he's learning. :)

ION, I'm starting a new blog either this week or next. Well, it's going to be Mr. Kricket's blog, but I'll be putting the post together and all that jazz. So if anyone is interested in building ships in bottles I'll keep a link in my sig. :)

Assuming it's a 20 amp breaker, it's definitely the heaters that are doing it.

The heaters with the fan and the lights have been fine for two days... the circuit tripped when the bread machine kicked over to bake. It's a convection oven with a heating coil and fan. Three things pulling current to heat was just too much. Should have anticipated that, but I generally don't use space heaters.

Once the PTAC unit gets fixed, all will be well, as I won't need the space heaters and the PTAC is on a separate breaker (being a 240 v appliance).

Bread making. Dire.

Yes, I would guess the heaters have been pushing circuit to the limit. But bread- good to see you have your priorities straight.

Well, folks, I know i've been boring as dirt tonight, and I plan to continue that streak by going to bed. Cross your fingers that my back doesn't spasm all night, like it has for the last two days.

Oh, BTW: morgana is feeling much better. Or at least well enough to pick a fight with the dog this evening. Cat 1 Dog 0.

It's like even the dream world is thwarting me, because just before there was going to be all sorts of acrobatics, I WOKE UP.

I'm not sure what it is, but we just seem not to have a similar taste in men. I would never have throught him dream worthy.

But damn for the dream ending at the best bit. Maybe it'll be continued the next time you sleep?

It's Betties bday??

Happy birfday Bettie!

Bettie! Happy Birthday (Or belated Birthday, whichever it may be)

No antifreeze for her to get into. We lost a dog to that a long time ago (a neighbor was careless), so we're always very careful with chemicals.

It only started last night, so we're figuring either a car clipped her, or she ate something that disagreed with her. She's moving okay, so I'm not really giving the car theory any credence.

We're watching and waiting. Vet's not far away, if needs be.

Good luck with her. It's never fun when pets are sick.

:rolleyes

10 was right. You're reaching.

:D 10 is always right :D

Morning all. Hugs for all those who need it. Kricket, hang in there, four-day migraines suck. I get them often, but on the bright side, when they're gone, being migraine-free for a few days feels awesome. Scant comfort, I know :Hug2:

The cold is finally lifting here. Yay!

And I've all moved :D This place is awesome - two bedroom place, so only one housemate, and it's three minutes from classes, and my room is massive.

:D

Yay! Sounds awesome!

Morning folks. Glad to hear kitties are better and migraines are improving and generally things are okay. Ish.

I had insomnia last night as well - couldn't sleep for an hour, kept tossing and turning. Ugh. And this morning I feel sick. So yeah, you know, not really feeling it.

Whut up peeps?

I could have sworn it was 10:30 when I left my house to drive to work. But the clock in the car read 9:20. All the other clocks agree.

Did I go through a time vortex?

Morning folks!

I might be able to get through the day without medication. :) But we'll see.

And in-laws suck, have I mentioned this? I thought being 8 hours away and in a different state would make things better, but it doesn't, they're still annoying little piss-ants.

And writerly things shall be done today. This makes me :)

You use this a lot. One of those days?

One tea, extra large.
:e2coffee:

Cheers. I am ready to pass out. Kinda. Dunno if I'll make it through today.

I hope you have less :gaah and more :hooray: soon.
