Hi everyone

Nice to be here.

I'm looking forward to meeting you all, and, after I get the swing of this joint, I hope I'll be able to add something to the place. I'll do my best not to be a dingbat, if nothing else.

So, a little about me:

I'm a journalist at a small paper in Nova Scotia, and, earlier this year, I finished my first novel. Since then, I've been doing short stories to clear my brain of all the stuff from the longer work. When I'm not writing, I can usually be found either watching MST3K or worshiping at the Church of Tom Waits.
