Just bumping this to see if anyone has submitted a "My Turn" essay since Newsweek merged with The Daily Beast? And if so, did you ever get a response?
For what it's worth, for OP's question, I did see a 'My Turn' in a Newsweek I read a couple of weeks ago. They've made it look less conspicuous, and I don't know if there's one in every issue.
