Hell yes, big Chemical Brothers fan. I liked the Hanna soundtrack a lot too.

You either don't listen to The Chemical Brother, or love them. I think the only good part of Hanna, was the soundtrack. :D

In Dust We Trust by The Chemical Brothers

Just woke up, so listening to where I left off.

I liked Surrender, but small doses of los chem.bros. go a long way for me these days.

Right now: writing to Tycho, again... it's a groove thing:

Tycho - Dream As Memory

Coldplay - Strawberry Swing

No time for NaNoWriMo this year, unfortunately. I was going to do it, but my schedule is jam packed for the next six months.

*Kicks you in the face* Get into gear. Do it!

I'm in. I'm doing a side character story of my series called Shade.
It'll be a challenge to balance the three projects all at the same time.

Seriously, no time. I'll be spending pretty much 24 hours a day on my ship getting basic qualifications and starting on my surface warfare quals.

I love writing with Bon Iver playing. All of his music is incredible!
Right now their song 'Perth' is on.

Captain, there is no time for war! I must write about the emotional troubles of a teenage girl, regarding a boy she's unsure about!

The Navy is pretty tough on ya, huh?
Thank God those recruiters weren't very good at their jobs, or I'd be hauling ass through the desert.

You can still try at least. I know they give you time to relax.

LOL. I'll try that one. My LPO is pretty laid back, so he might just go for it.

The Navy is pretty awesome, but it's definitely the most underway branch in the service. We deploy for 9 months to a year like the other branches, but we're underway for days, weeks and months at a time between those deployments. Course, that's when the cool stuff happens.

You can still try at least. I know they give you time to relax.

Never relax! Never relax!
Kill! Kill! Kill!

We had to shout that in boot camp when they told us to relax after an exercise. :p

Seriously though, the LCPO of my pro-mariner school made Chief in 7 years, starting from E-1. I'm already an E-3, and I'd like to make Chief in 5 years. No time to relax.

There Little Birdies Down Beats by The Chemical Brothers

I'm listening to them today, I guess. Good to edit and revise to.

Do you know when you get the oh so
self-satisfied glow
that only Hench-Man 2,
with his menacing use
of the unibrow, brings on,
Tycho can't scratch that, actually,
he doesn't even want to go near that itch,
but you don't worry, you know Mop Mop will:

Not too proud of this next one:

Pieces by Red

The album fits the bill for the scene I'm editing.

I did meet these guys backstage after they did a concert. Pretty cool dudes, but End of Silence is their only good album.

All Alone by fun.

Tis a OK album, kinda fun, but some of the songs are like eating sand after the first couple listens.
