Once upon a time I actually had a spread sheet of who, when, and where of every concert I'd seen. That got lost about two computers ago.

So, the highlights include - U2 (Duh. Ten? times I think), Tori Amos, Melissa Etheridge, The Cure, Depeche Mode, Siouxie and the Banshees (actually one of the worst shows I've seen, back in '86), Simple Minds, Jane's Addiction, Indigo Girls, Barry Manilow (FIRST concert ever, in '82), Toto, Sting

Ok, your turn, who have you seen?

Fun! I have been to a few concerts with multiple bands so I doubt I could list them all but here are a few:

Three Doors Down
Godsmack
Push Down and Turn
Flogging Molly
Kid Rock (back in 99 when he was actually considered rock and not country)
Everclear
Evanescence (loooove)
Korn
Trivium
Atreyu
Seether
Finger Eleven
Coldplay
Rascal Flatts
Taylor Swift (she opened for another band, and I had never heard of her until that point because my wife is the big country fan)
Brooks & Dunn
Staind
Dave Matthews Band
Shinedown

Shoot, was I supposed to be keeping track?

The Monkees
Peter Noone/Herman's Hermits (I'm dating myself--but this was in 2011, so there!)
The Association
Yes
Styx
Sheryl Crow, multiple times (Mr. Maryn's a fan)
Storm Large
Lucinda Williams
Jackson Brown
Michael McDonald
Paul Simon
Elton John
Bob Seeger
The Allman Brothers
The Black Crowes
The Fabulous Thunderbirds
Eric Clapton
Derek Trucks
Gordon Lightfoot
Big Brother and the Holding Company, with Mary Bridget Davies, not Janis

Crosby, Stills and Nash
Stevie Nicks/Fleetwood Mac, multiple times (see above)
George Harrison
The Rolling Stones, multiple times
Bruce Springsteen, multiple times
Jean-Luc Ponty
Keb Mo'

I may be leaving some out. We never used to go out for music when we had kids at home, but since they've gone, we see quite a bit. I think the only concert I'd been to before the last decade was The Monkees, and that was a crappy date, even if Davy Jones was cute.

Maryn, who stopped buying band shirts long ago

I feel like the number of concerts I've been to is quite small, but in order:

Billy Joel/Elton John
Dave Matthews Band
Sting
Mystical (cancelled) replaced by Weezer (tickets not honored)
U2
Jay-Z / 311 / Pharrell / Nappy Roots (festival)
Beastie Boys / The Stokes / The Darkness (festival)
Lenny Kravitz
A Tribe Called Quest
Digable Planets
The Police final concet at MSG

Hm. It's been quite a few, but I don't go out to concerts nearly as often as I used to:

My Chemical Romance--4 times
Hanson--3 times
HIM--twice
The Decemberists--twice
Locksley--twice
Nine Inch Nails
Placebo
Taking Back Sunday
Blink 182
Fugazi
Ben Folds
Teegan and Sarah (no clue if I'm spelling that right)
Jethro Tull
The Moody Blues
Muse
3 Doors Down
The Dreaming
Creed
The Goo Goo Dolls
Fastball
Sugar Ray
Julien-K
Finch
Maroon 5

....looks like a bit less than what other people have, actually. I don't drive out of town to see bands. But if I band I love comes anywhere close to me, I go see them over and over and over. I also found out after the fact that Iron Maiden was here like two years ago, and I missed it. That destroyed me a little.
