My fan port is located on the side of my computer so that's pretty handy.
Finally got the internet here to work again. So i guess its back to writing for me.
Anyone want to YAWN or something, i might need a bit of a kick in the butt to get me started today.

I wouldn't mind doing YAWN for my new story, but I have no idea how I want to start it. :<
That is probably the one things I hate and love about writing. I love to plan, but I get so tangled up in the planning and the details of the story overall that I don't know how to actually start the story.

On chapter 4 already. YAY! Oh poor Andy. Poor poor Andy only just created her and already putting her through hell. I'm just so evil to my characters.
Why don't you watch a few episodes of Glee or a musical movie that you like? For the most part, music helps me find inspiration and I've got my fair share of Glee songs on my iPod.
Sadly, I only have singles and not albums, but if you can find inspiration in a whole album then go for it, lol.
I'm going to go to YouTube and make a Writer's Block playlist (may make one on iTunes as well).
I'm starting to wonder if a person would really be this stupid to do this.... I assume its possible... but i dont know.
In the book Andy calls Jake (her now BFF) crying hysterically. He rushes over and she just turns her computer around to a Facebook of her Ex.
At first Jake just thinks she is crying because his picture shows him kissing another girl, so clearly he already moved on, but then she points to the status update.
Has been the best year with (whatever the girls name is)... Problem?
Andy and he broke up 9 months ago....
Think a guy would be that stupid to put that as his facebook status?

Oh, that's fucked up! I hate it when guys do that. Make up your damn minds. Don't lead someone along while you've got another sweetie pie on the side.

The book is about Jake and Andy both going through some really screwed up break ups becoming best friends to help stop the hurt and loneliness. Then they get revenge on there ex's then (not like its not obvious enough) they fall for each other.
But the way they end up fall for each other is actually really really screwed up too.

But it's really the healing process that counts. I find cheating to be so pointless. If you don't want to be with someone then just break up with them. You'll hurt them more if you are cheating on them than if you break up with them because you know things are working out.
The problem with human stupidity is that you can never rely on people "buying it" for a book. I tend to err on my characters making smart decisions. People like their heroes to be clever. Dumb heroes tend to get things thrown at them and curses and swearing.
But that's just me.
