SUBTE RANEANKI, TTY PLAYPOD / DAILY - SWI GBYHOH OHO

*song / band
*tis the season
*this band has a couple seasonal songs; this one could be labeled illegitimate
*this humorous pop-punk band formed in the early 90's
*their first album was named after an iconic fantasy animal; their second album took the generically iconic name of a place where you might play out fantasies with animals...but their third album and first platinum title had something to do with political colon cleansing
*the name of the song is fairly generic, and the band has a number in the name..spelled out

HAPPY HOLIDAYS, YOU BASTARD / BLINK - ONE EIGHT TWO

I think there's an extra Y in there, and the scramble form has an extra letter for "eight". But the clues are on the money! (Hey, Albedo!)

I GROOVED TWICE BRAINIACS / CHILL SMARTRUN HAIR
- seasonal show / band who did the soundtrack
- the music is fitting (and one of the greats of the season, IMO), but it stands on its own merits in the jazz genre

- (spoiler clue) please don't feel like a blockhead if you don't get the scramble right away...

BRAWN HOHUM KEN TAAKEECE HOHUK / CHENDO RUBBERS

1. Holiday song / Writer-performer
2. Helpful hint: You've got to think outside the box for this one. The song is not well known, but once you start lighting some candles, it shouldn't be hard. ;)
