Let's see, last week I made my friend (seen awhile ago in my avvie) top sirloin stuffed with yellow bell peppers, green onions, garlic, Swiss, and cheddar cheese. The week before that she got spaghetti, and the week before that it was tacos. This week she gets shrimp Alfredo with broccoli, roasted bell peppers, garlic, and linguini. It's her birthday on Friday so I'm kinda' going all in for her this time.
Now, we need a good spit (not the kind we normally do around here), one about six feet long, some wood, and a place to start the fire. The street outside will make a nice spot. We can invite the Hounds over. They enjoy a good barbecue.
