Heck, we got every other fad diet out there up here.

Why not one dedicated to the healthy diet of them that built the pyramids?

How many drinks have you had today? What are they? What are your drinking goals? Do you need a drinking buddy?

I'm drinking Bristol Cream Sherry spiked with a shot of Fundador Brandy, over ice, with fresh cherries floating in the bottom of the glass.

I'm trying to see how much weight I can lose on a liquor diet. If anything, when you're seeing double, there are two worlds, and you are only half in each of them and thus weigh less.

Somehow I ended up in Fort Worth. Dunno how that h
I vote for diet ginger ale with whiskey.

but today I had coffee and water, since I had to go to work and drive home today. You do NOT want your tech support for your wireless virtual office to be drunk when you call.

I sure do! Might get you smarmy punks to tell the truth and say it to my face instead of waiting until I hang up to laugh at my stupidity.

I can't help being stupid; I'm drunk!

Drinking is an important part of a balanced meal, divided by seasons, but not limited to the time of year.

In winter, a nice chilled glass of Chianti or Bailey’s Irish Cream.
In spring, a cold glass of Amstel Light or Chardonnay.
In summer, a glass of Malibu Rum and Pink Lemonade, a Margarita or Absolute Curant and Seltzer.
In fall, a chilled glass of Chardonnay, Chianti or a German dessert wine.

Mix and times these alcoholic beverages to your liking.

Today, only water and coffee.

I had one Coors Light yesterday, and 2 sips of other beers. My husband loves other beers, so I buy different ones for him to try. One was some kind of DEAD MANS something beer - from an Oregon brewery -

and he said it was the best beer he's ever drank in his life. And, he's from Europe!

Be warned - the beer is thick .........and makes Guinness taste like Miller Lite.

I didn't like it.

Oh, you'll lose weight on the booze diet.

Depending on how serious you take it - you might lose your spouse or girlfriend.

Take it a bit more serious and you could lose your job.

Keep going at it and you'll lose your family and friends.

A little more and you'll lose your life.

Hows that for a commitment?

Coffee. Lots and lots of coffee. You can add milk, or Bailey's Irish Creme, or chocolate syrup. Just keep the coffee coming.

Trust me. You can get a good buzz if you consume a lot.

Sheesh. Now you'll probably say that six pots isn't good for me either.

Can't do the nicotine thing. Smoking grosses me out. I just do chocolate and coffee. Lots and lots of coffee.

I don't function without coffee.

Even my Sunday School class helps out with my addiction by making me a pot of coffee before I get there. I teach the third graders.

It's really very simple.
Unhealthy amounts of coffee during the day. (with smoke)
once the suns over the yardarm, switch to healthy amounts of hard liqour. No Beer, No Cider they'll just put more weight on.
then sleep.
When you wake up, you'll go for the coffee without even thinking about it.

Same Psychosis...different day.
Ok. This will work and you will lose weight.

Take 2 liters of pink lemonade. Add 4 liters of a nice rose table wine. Drink in 24 oz servings, try to down at least 48 oz an hour. It will help to post on AW while you are doing this. After you have had 100 oz, drink a big cup of cammomile tea and go to sleep. The next morning after you have a lot of caffine and your head stops spinning, drink at least 24 oz of orange juice and try to finish off the lemonade/wine.

You'll be clean as a whistle...insdie and out.

Don't try to dance while you do this. Oh and don't give in to the urge to spin in circles either.
There's a lot of stuff you should not do on this diet.

Shouldn't this discussion be part of the Tips For Starving Bachelors thread?

Oh, look at this! I was on this diet for about three years in my early twenties. I didn't lose much weight on it, but the diet kept me from caring. And, I might add, the more I drank, the better I thought I looked. I guess beer googles still work when you're looking in a mirror.

The major drawback, as I recall, is that this diet leads to bad dating choices.

All this talk about coffee reminds me of the movie with Will Ferrel - you know the one where he is a kids soccer coach?

It's funny.

(He becomes addicted to coffee...................)

I quit the booze and cigarettes diet a few years ago...but I miss it and have decided it would be the right weight loss choice for me. And it tastes much better than Special K.

Now excuse me while I go to the HOL to start my new diet!
