Evening everyone.
We had a 40 degree drop in the temperature today, plus an obnoxious wimpy drizzle. I am not pleased. Someone must have misplaced my order for a nice, gradual slide into fall-like temperatures!

The day I dread every year . . . taking the cat to the vet for her annual checkup and shots. The hardest part is getting her in the carrier (I have to be sneaky about it).
She's in the carrier and we'll be heading to the vet shortly.
There was only a small loss of blood this year (mine); one 2" gash on my leg and a minor puncture wound on my forearm. I'm quite pleased with only that much damage.

Oh if I had to list all the things I had to do yesterday it would take all day.
But! The staff pictures have been taken and will be up on the website soon. I'll let you all know and you can make fun. We were... creative.
I prefer to think of it as keeping a close eye on things.

I have felt your pain,Ac. And will feel it in October. And January. And March again. Tiger goes in October. Mellie and Twinnie in January. Chunky in March. In January we'll grab Mellie first because she is really good about finding good hiding places.
