I want this album. I heard a story on NPR about it tonight on my way home from work, heard a tidbit of one song and now i want the whole thing.

What a blend.

The music reviewer at our local paper has both exquisite and esoteric taste. This album made his annual top-ten-that-don't-get-airplay list for 2007. He so rarely steers readers wrong that I put it on my wish list--but Santa failed to deliver. Again.

She's fantastic! I wish I was the moon is just... um. Yikes. I covet her mostly via youtube, I haven't purchased yet. You're spot on, my friend.

Dobro player Jerry Douglas is simply the best around. Dan Tyminski is a fine guitarist and singer in his own right -- best known perhaps as the voice of George Cloony in O Brother Where Art Thou. (I Am A Man Of Constant Sorrow)

I do know her music, and think she is fantastic. What a memorable voice.
I love all kinds of music, I just don't follow new releases as closely as I should. I find a lot of times I just stick to what I know I like, but the bits of this album I heard just blew me away.

I'm thrilled they won a couple of awards. I don't know how they couldn't.
