No, Steve, I'm not about to call anyone on the phone.

As you note, there are lots and lots of bestseller definitions, and lots and lots of bestseller lists.

So when you provide the titles/authors/dates of IPG's bestsellers, would it be too much trouble to say which list they appeared on?

Which will give you someone else's opinion of a situation about which opinions differ. What would help you to be a good advocate for IPG here would be for you to share specifics about their positive achievements, not to talk about how any expression of dissatisfaction with their services must be part of one person's campaign against them.

(Responding to specific questions with blah-blah is also not helping your case. If you know so much about the awesomeness of IPG, you should know which specific bestseller lists its titles have made.)
