Pinkham & Associates, Literary Agents (Joan Noble Pinkham)

So I'm looking for an agent or possibly a production company and as I was rocking my way through the WGA, ATA, and Productionhub sites I found a company called Pinkham Literary, unfortunately like many agent sites theirs is down. I tried a quick google and didn't find much so I came here to ask around. I only ask because I live in the same city as this agency and it would be very easy to do business with them.

If anyone has heard anything please send me a private message.
    thank you!

This is where I go to do my agency and publishing research first off.

And this is what they say about it. They are very good about doing their homework.

Pinkham Literary Agency: Not recommended. A literary agency that appears to be mixed with other services.

According to assorted bio blurbs for Joan Noble Pinkham, the name of the agency is/was Pinkham & Associates, Literary Agents. She also owns/owned Sea & Coast Films. I'm not finding recent trace of either, and her current website is for Pinkham Communications:
