    Linda Konner Literary Agency

Does anyone have any feedback concerning Linda Konner? She seems to have sales but does not have a website.

Hi daytona. I'm going to move your post to the proper forum (Bewares & Background Checks). Please be sure to check the stickied posts at the top of that forum especially THE INDEX TO PUBLISHERS, AGENTS AND OTHERS to see if your question is answered there.

I've met her at a conference a couple years in a row. Nice woman. As I recall, I think she only took non-fiction, and I think she was doing everything electronically. Not sure if that's of much help.

    P&E gives her a 'recommended': http://anotherealm.com/prededitors/peall.htm

Thanks to you both. I'm still looking for a list of clients and sales.

I adore Linda. She represented a book of mine and I found her to be terrific, intelligent and a warm person. Very exclusive, she doesn't represent anything but high end nonfiction. If you have a platform, a well-known name for yourself (I didn't and don't but I write really good proposals and the project didn't sell) and have a publicity machine in place, then approach her. If not, your efforts are better spent elsewhere.
    Nothing is inevitable.
