POD for color hard back book under 20 pages?

Hi, I want to publish a children's book and I'm trying to find a Publishing on demand publisher that will print a hard back book that is 16 pages. Does anyone know of any? All of the ones I have found have a 24 page minimum for hard back.

Thanks in advance for any tips you might have!

Granted, the help pages can be out of date with actual practices. To be sure you can ask a Lulu Live Chat Operator.

Tate Publishing does I think but, they charge an arm and a leg.
