Slush Pile Goes Online

It looks like they are combining the idea of manuscript display sites and critique groups. I'm not sure whether it's a good idea or a bad idea. And, it sounds like it is mainly a way for publishers to bypass agents. I'd be more excited about it if it were a way to get the attention of agents.
