    [Agency] Errata Literary, Inc.

Errata Literary Inc. in Chalfont, Penn., run by Elizabeth Joyce, has 3 pages in Jeff Herman's guide and a website. However, I can find no reference to Errata anywhere else--not here, not P&E, not even a Google search (which didn't even produce the website). This is mysterious. Does anyone know anything about this shy agency?

    I'd be suspicious

simply from their name! Why would an agency call itself 'errors'?

Errata charges a $250 upfront fee. I've never been able to discover any sales for it.

    I can't find 'em

I just looked in my Jeff Herman book (2005) and Errata isn't listed in the index. I thought I'd check since I have queried just about every agent in the country and they didn't seem familiar.

I have the 2004 edition; Errata is on pp. 545-547. Perhaps they have folded since then, but their website is still up.

No trace of even the website now.

    Guess this error's been erased.
