NO--it's not me.
So the whole family was together for a completely unrelated reason, and a member of the family informed me that she had an agent! And the agent was going to be shopping her novel at the big Berlin book fair!
Needless to say I was impressed. Then I heard the name: Writers Literary Agency.
:headdesk:
The name rang a bell--not a good one. So I pulled it up here and OMG. I figure I can steer her through getting out of the contract. Here's my question: anyone have any advice as to how I should break the news to her that she's been scammed? I'm going to try and get whatever information they've sent her for use here if needed. Gah. What a mess on top of everything else. Thoughts? Anyone?
