Navigation request

I've been thinking a lot about my blog, how to make it better. And I'm wondering if someone would be willing to come to my blog, even just for a minute or so and navigate it and let me know what you think:

Is it easy to navigate?
What do you notice first?
What do you think of the layout? (note, this is something I'd like to change)
What do you think of the ads?
What do you like and dislike about the site?
If you were looking for information on royalty, would you find this site useful?
Suggestions for improvement

I know that many of you may not be interested in royalty - I recognize that - but I'm looking more for constructive comments on how to make the blog better.

I don't remember where I got this idea, whether it was from an article by Deb on About.com. But the idea suggested that you find someone impartial - not a relative, or significant other - to give your blog a critique.

Maybe others might be interested in doing the same - I'm happy to reciprocate.
