    | Del All New Post Which agencies would you actually recomend? Hello all,

    My first post here.

This discussion board is a Godsend. It seems everybody has a rip-off story to tell. It scares me.

So are there any (screenplay) Literacy Agencies, that you could actually recomend to a new writer.

I have sent my query letter to THE JON KLANE AGENCY (www.klaneagency.com).

I'm also considering TALENT SOURCE AGENCY (www.talentsource.com) and ROBERT MITNIK AGENCY (www.mitnikagency.com).

Do you have any feedback on them. The last one in particular looks suspicious to me.

Hopefully whatever contributions I make to this forum will be positive.

    Thanx

    Agencies for screenwriters

    The Jon Klane Agency http://www.klaneagency.com/about.htm

    Talent Source http://www.talentsource.com/about.html

    The Robert Mitnik Agency http://www.mitnikagency.com/index.htm

Iíll agree the latter looks a bit dodgy. I suggest checking out the Done Deal board http://scriptsales.com/boards/

No indication of any sales. No information on the experience and background of the staff. No details on specific areas of interest.

So, it's been a few months: does Mitnik look any less dodgy?

Heh. Kinda sad when you tell a guy how to improve his image and he don't. Or can't.

The Jon Klane Agency is now The Jon Klane Company: http://klaneco.com/home http://www.klaneco.com/

Talent Source is chugging right along.

The Robert Mitnik Agency was gone by '08.
