I Am Just a Little Annoyed

It started earlier than usual today.

I need to take it out on someone.

I've chosen a car dealership that keeps spamming me with e-mail even though I have repeatedly unsubscribed from their list and used other means to request them to stop.

(I have been as nice as Strawberry Shortcake on a summer afternoon.)

I remember there is a law on the books about that. I've been saving the e-mail and my requests to cease and desist.

Now I can't seem to find a link to that law...I am probably looking in the wrong place.

Any ideas before I jump into this bear pit?

I've been reading through the Federal Communications code as ammended in 1999.....

and .....

...yeah...its like that.

They only have 10 days to stop annoying me after I ask them to stop?

And the law provides for a fine of up to $11,000.00.

I'm going to wait til our corporate council returns and ask her to help me draft this letter. She'll really get a kick out of this.

(I wonder....how many Awer's can I get drunk and/or over fed for $11,000.00 less Federal and state taxes????)

And for annoyance #2...Today I believe that I wil follow the lead of Carl Rove's aides and wrap my ex's favorie piece of furniture in plastic wrap and duct tape and put it in the driveway for him to pick up.
