    [Publisher] Shobunsha

Okay, anyone know anything about publishing in Japan? Specifically, the publisher Shobunsha, which has published two of my previous books.
I'd like to get them to look at a few of my newer titles.

If you have a positive history of publishing with them (good rapport/sales), I'm sure they'd be happy to look at any current work. You'd know them better than I would.
    I still poop rainbows.

I won't steal any of your ideas. I have enough of my own I'm not using.

Did you submit your previous books directly, or through a third party?

    Unfortunately, I don't read Japanese.
My other books were submitted through a sub agent, who apparently worked with another sub agent.
I recently wrote an email to one of these guys and talked to the other. The other doesn't take on any new work. The first hasn't responded yet.
    So I wait.

Google's "translate this page" works surprisingly well, FWIW.

But working through a (sub)agent would be the best bet. I'd try to cajole a recommendation out of the other while waiting for the first.
