His listing says that he is looking for a script for a computer game which makes me wonder, why ya askin? Did he approach you, or did you read about him somewhere...?
Finding a couple of old profiles on WOW fora, I'll wager he's not a literary agent and is/was looking for a gaming collaborator.

Just got a very nice -- and rather baffled -- email from him.
He's NOT an agent, and makes no claim to be an agent. and says, "I own a small gaming software development company and I was originally looking for science fiction/adventure game script writers for my 'A.I.'"
