From this
list of bios:
"Julia Lord (Julia Lord Literary Management) runs a small full-service agency handling approximately 50 authors of adult fiction and nonfiction. Julia began her agenting career in 1985 working for actors at the Monty Silver Agency, opening a literary department representing writers for film, television and theatre. At her agency, her mission is very hands-on: to stay with writers throughout their careers and work with them from idea through publication and marketing."
An article on one book she sold, by Richard Greener, is

Another sale mentioned in this
blog:
Title: A COMMON ORDINARY MURDER
Author: Don Pfarrer
Agent: Julia Lord at Julia Lord Literary Management
Editor: Bob Loomis at Random House
Blurb: The story of a middle-aged precinct cop whose life is changed throughout the investigation of a particularly brutal murder.
Here's a snippet from Publisher's Weekly about the other Pfarrer:
"According to Navy Seal–turned–author/screenwriter
Chuck Pfarrer (
The Jackel), his debut novel about the Argentinean revolutionary—at one point known as
Under Other Skies—has also generated "a couple of serious nibbles in Hollywood, and a couple large fish." Pfarrer's book, which focuses on a fictional CIA paramilitary operator's attempt to crush a Che-led insurgency in 1967 Bolivia, is due from Random House next spring.
Julia Lord of Julia Lord Literary reps Pfarrer for lit."
Website of one of her authors is
here.
She seems to have participated in this
conference last year, where her tag-line says "
Julia Lord Literary Management is a small full service agency handling 60-70 authors of adult fiction and nonfiction. Her mission is very hands on--to stay with writers throughout their careers and work with them from idea through publication and marketing."
Other agents attending included Rachel Vater and Janet Reid.
P&E lists them with a dollar sign. I couldn't find any personal opinions on this search, but she looks pretty legit and capable.
