Today I have bought and listened to 2 things.
1. Lady Gaga - The Fame (CD).
Favourite track is "The Fame" - I instantly fell in love with it thanks to the first verse. I was surprised I'd never heard it before, considering all the air-time Lady Gaga gets. I also decided that she's a good thing for Pop music in general. She's bringing eccentricity into the mainstream, kind of like Madonna did back in the day, and that can only spell good news for diehard eccentrics like myself.
2. Muse - Absolution Tour (Live DVD)
It was on sale at about half price, and I already had 2 Muse CDs and their other live DVD. I still love their music, though IMO the Hullabaloo DVD is better. My favourite song of theirs was on this DVD though, which pleased me to no end - "Plug In Baby".
