I'm like a chicken; I get up with the sun and go to bed with it. (Got a lot of sleep in the winter when I lived in Alaska). I'm most active in the early morning, six o'clock, and start loosing steam after ten o'clock. So I usualy take a two mile walk, have lunch and maybe put in a couple more hours if I feel up to it. Afternoons are for other stuff; gardening, etc. I do keep a note book next to my recliner for jotting ideas that sneak up on me.
