    Charges reading fees with the excuse that there are just too many darn screenwriters out there and that if you believe in your work, you'll pay (to the tune of $200-350, depending on how fast you want him to review it).

    NO! DON'T!

    I can find no evidence that this is someone who could help a writer's career in any way.

    It says he's not accepting screenplays right now and it looks like the site hasn't been updated in years, but I wanted to make sure I got the thread up anyway in case he's still in operation (under a different business name?). Here's the link:
