Just a quick note on this agency, recently with the self-publishing boom, this agency has begun its own in-house publishing. I'm not nor ever have been represented by this agency, but it sounds like the agent is taking royalties from nepotistic sales of her own clients to her own publishing house and also agency fees as well. I've heard concerns that royalties are also not being paid to the authors. So, take from this what you will, but it sounds like this agency needs to be red-flagged as a "go anywhere else but here" agency.
