Nomad's quite right. When I submitted to Capri I knew she had a couple hundred submissions on hand, but had no idea she intended to publish so much so fast. When it became obvious that she was overdoing it, I had reservations, but by then the contract was signed. At the time I submitted, she had a half-dozen books published and that looked reasonable. I knew she was seeking better distribution and I talked to half a dozen independent bookstores to make sure that her discount and return policy posed no problems, a couple had sold a few copies of the Aysel Arwen books.
It turned out one e-book publisher was seriously considering the book and another small press was doing likewise, but they had made no communications with me about it.
So, I'm back in the saddle again, and it's out to one Canadian publisher as a partial at the moment.
I still have a couple publishers and three agent partials out for Jars of Doom and am working on a third book as of now.
That's the only way to pursue it that stands a chance as best I can tell.
Good ruck evuhleebloody, as Benny Hill might say.
Regards,
Scott
